01 · The Studio
Made in Tahoe Films is lean on purpose. JV and Alyssa handle the work from start to finish, bringing collaborators in when a project calls for it. It means the people you talk to in pre-production are the same people on set and in the edit.
The studio is built on cinematic craft, a deep working relationship with this place, and an intentional process that produces films we are proud of, and so are the brands we make them for.
02 · What we hold ourselves to
From the first shot to the final cut, we approach every project with quality and intention. But great filmmaking is not just about producing beautiful images, it is about sharing stories that mean something to the people watching. We make sure every composition, every moment of light, and every creative decision gives the audience the opportunity to resonate with your brand's story.
Working as a lean studio means we can move efficiently and adapt when conditions change, but that flexibility never comes at the cost of quality. We are committed to excellence by continually refining our approach, exploring new techniques, and striving to make each project better than the last. Our goal is not to just create a great film, but to create lasting relationships with the brands we work with.
Tahoe is not a location we come to scout, it is the place we have built our lives around. Living here year round means we know the hidden gem locations Google Maps will never show you, when and where this place is at its best, and we strive for every frame to reflect that knowledge. This place is our home, and we are committed to preserving and respecting its natural beauty in everything we do.
